Leroy Alexander was a member of the View Volunteer Fire Department, which he helped organize, maintain, and served as an officer for many years. His character and integrity are an inspiration. Leroy was the steady hand in a crisis. If it was broke, Leroy fixed it, whether it was equipment, the building, or a fellow firefighter. You could depend on Mr. Alexander. His contributions are the foundations the department rests on today. It was an honor to serve with and to learn from Leroy. He is greatly appreciated, loved and never forgotten.
